Replace Policy

Our replace policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since you receiving the item, we can’t offer you a replace item with the full amount.

We only replace items if they are malfunctioning or damaged.

If the item was already damaged from the delivery, please do not accept it and reach out to us directly.

If you have a malfunctioning or damaged product and you need to replace it for the same item, send us an email at reach@sanfoora.com.
